 It is really interesting to be thinking about the aural phenomenon of "voice" in the highly visual context of the demonstrate camera. The best that the camera can do is record images (such as of people recording more images!)--do these images have a voice too?

 Good point. So do images require language to give them voice? Can they "speak" on their own?
